Mr. Minit Store Locator
Mr. Minit stores are now taking advantage
of the Swift Call Locator Service to direct customers using
the internet or calling a single Australia-wide 1800 free-call
number. The Locator Service offerings via the web and phone
share a common store database making it easy to maintain accurate
and consistent information across both services.
NSW Local Government and Shires Association (LGSA) Rates Payment Service launched
The NSW Local Government and Shires Association
(LGSA) has selected an online Bill Presentment and Payment
service to be supplied by CommSecure in conjunction
with Swift. A key offering of this service will be IVR telephone
payments through the Swift Call telePay
hosted telephone payment facility. Payments made by phone
are authorised and processed in real-time through CommSecure's
bank gateway. Customers of over 120 local Councils across
NSW will be able to pay Council bills such as Rates Notices
through this service using a Credit Card or via Direct Debit
from a pre-nominated bank account.
PMP Limited Locator Service
PMP Limited has gone live with a
Geolocate Service based on Swift Call's centralised
IVR Locator Service. PMP Ltd operates in the areas of digital
premedia, printing, letterbox distribution, magazine distribution
and database marketing services. PMP offers the locator facility
to its customers, including major retailers with outlets across
Australia and New Zealand. Using this service customers can
call a 1300 number, enter a postcode and obtain details of
the nearest store providing the service required, including
opening hours, addresses and contact phone numbers.
NSW Fisheries System For Recreational Fishing Licences
NSW Fisheries has implemented a SWIFT IVR
solution for the issuing and payment of fishing licences.
This system captures callers' details and accepts payments
by credit card, processing and issuing short and long term
licences immediately.
