The SwiftCash system has been developed to allow Financial Institutions to offer
their customers a secure way of obtaining cash within a branch without having to use a
conventional ATM or obtain it manually from a teller.
This has a number of benefits including:
- - Self service solution.
- - No transactional fees to the Financial Institution or customer for use of an ATM network.
- - Secure access to cash in the branch - taking cash handling away from the tellers.
- - Uses a customer's current Telephone Banking Access Code for authentication providing dedicated
access to the financial institutions customers only.
The SwiftCash system has been developed in conjunction with BANKTECH,
a specialist ATM network supply and management company. BANKTECH will supply the SwiftCash
units (generally based on NCR ATMs) pre-configured with the required software, and they work with Swift Call to install,
configure and maintain the system using Swift's specially developed gateway software.
